Traffic rights (Landing and Over flight permissions from Civil Aviation Authorities) Slot coordination and monitoring, changing ground slot.Meet aircraft upon arrival and contact crew.Check and sign on behalf of the Carrier invoices, handling notes, etc.Payments of all flight expenses as agreed with Carrier.As required, take action on all communications addressed to the Carrier.
Flight Operation and Dispatch
Flight planning and dispatch.Slot Management with the CFMU.Flight documentation, weather charts, runway analysis.Flight watch.
Post flight reports.
Ground Handling Supervision
Attend at the airport as necessary to supervise and coordinate ground handling services contracted by the Carrier with third parties.
Check the readiness of equipment, staff and supplies of handling company.Check that necessary documents will be ready on time to be loaded on the flight. Establish and maintain local procedures in accordance with local Carrier’s requirements.
Catering Services
Ability to provide research and negotiate with all catering suppliers.Liaise between the catering companies and customers for catering provisions.Coordinate and check catering figures prior to flight confirmation.Meal voucher can be issued upon request in the event of aircraft delay.Screening of catering invoices, pay and recharge all costs to the Carrier.
Fuel Brokerage
Aircraft fuel supply arrangements.Fuel payments service and recharge to the Carrier.
Crew Administration
Meet the crew upon arrival and escort through airport terminal.Briefing of crew and offer facilities with telephone, fax and e-mail. Hotel accommodation and transportation.Liaise with hotel on crew call and pick-up time.Car rental for engineers or other crew members as requested by Carrier.

Ability to arrange all payments concerning the flight: aeronautical, landing, parking, airport and other local supplier charges, handling, passenger taxes, catering and fuel.
